How do I return a product or service?

You can create a return by clicking HERE. Be sure to have your order number and billing zip code ready.

When will I be charged my order?

You will be charged for your order as soon as it ships. The charge will appear as an authorized charge amount on your credit card statement. This ‘authorized’ amount is the amount that will be charged.

How is the payment done?

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS​ works together with Visa Secure and Master ID Check to make your online shopping safer. When you see the Visa Secure badge, this means your online purchases are secured with Visa. Visa has developed a program that helps confirm your identity when you make an online purchase, protecting against unauthorized use of your Visa card.

In addition,Each time you make an online purchase using your Mastercard, a secure code will be sent to you to verify your identity, which will be valid for 5 minutes and you have 3 attempts to enter the code correctly.

GLOBAL SOLUTIONS​ only collects the data necessary to fulfill the orders, as stated in the privacy policy, but that it is through the payment gateway that the payment is made and who collects the financial data.

Cancelations

I ordered the wrong service. Can I change or cancel my order if I have already submitted it?

If you are not sure of your purchase you can cancel your order for free, without problems, as long as it has not been processed (in this case the right of withdrawal could be exercised). You can do so by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling .

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Global Solutions​ does not offer goods but only services, so shipping cost are not gazed at. Otherwise, the service is performed in case of being in a personalized package before paying and, in case of buying a pre-estabilished package at most 24 hours later.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves on our product guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it back! We are happy to accept returns for a refund if:

  • The product or service has not been enoyed
  • The attention specified in the service packages is not suitable enough
  • The purchase have not meet your expectations

In case of downloadable ítems, they must have not been enjoyed or downloadable. If so, contact us and we will be happy to inform you about every step you have to follow to do so.

We do not accept returns of sale items. (If an order is older than 30 days we may only be able to offer store credit). If all this conditions are fullfilled, we will process a refund back to the original method of payment. In the case of canceling or not accepting a confirmed order referring to products expressly purchased for the customer, Global Solutions​ may demand the payment of a minimum compensation of 50% of the purchase-sale price, as compensation for damages, as well like all storage costs.

Exceptions

Right of withdrawl is applicable for natural persons, not for entities. You may not be able to make a return of a product or service if:

The service has been enjoyed.

You have purchase, services such as software, custom equipment.

In the case of products with an associated digital download code, it is an essential requirement not to have downloaded the content so that the refund can be made in full. If this download has already been enjoyed, it will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
